Asfour started the implementation of SAP and they wanted to have all the workload of SAP on AWS in order to have flexible system and not to spend a lot of money on purchasing hardware, during the implementation they didn't reserve any instance to have cost efficient as they wanted to run the system of development and quality, sandbox, sap router for 8 hours only during the day
